I wanted to take this opportunity to put all rumors aside before everything goes to hell in a hand basket. I want to thank all who have come out to see the band, for me it has been a privilege to play at all the establishments that have booked us, I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every one some more than others, but there is a fondness for each and every one I have been allowed to take the stage at. Visions are great things, as of now my vision of what I would like the Karry Outz to be is not the direction this band wants to go. I wish continued success for The Karry Outz in my departure and hope their vision takes flight.
I play hard because it’s the only way I know to play the game and when someone gives me a compliment I should be thanking you for allowing me to do what I hold so close to my heart, even if it’s on a local level. I have been so fortunate to be surrounded by great musical peers and people who have supported me all through the good years and bad. Your support makes me feel like I have made it, I owe you everything I have when I get on that stage. It’s my way of paying you back for all your support through the years, for allowing me to do what I love to do.Thank you for allowing me to entertain you! Taking the stage and performing is NOT a right…..it’s a privilege. And you folks have really blessed me threefold. No one gives you the right to be on that stage you need to earn it. This was a very valuable lesson taught to me by Harlene Rivelli at the age of 13 when I started playing professionally and competitively. To this day I live and will die by that creed.
This by no means ends my musical saga, just another chapter in this musical novel of my life. Thanks to fans, friends, musical friends and anyone I left off the list. Thanks for all your support; it means a lot to me and my family. I’ll steal a line from Janick Gers “If you love what I do God Bless You, if you don’t ffffffuuuuuuu God Bless you too”…
See Ya Out There
